Senators Bob Casey, Jr. (D-PA) and Sherrod Brown (D-OH) filed an amendment that would make the adoption tax credit refundable to the tax extenders markup in the Senate Finance Committee earlier this week. Senator Casey is an original co-sponsor of the Senate’s “Adoption Tax Credit Refundability Act” (S 950) with Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO).
